What you’ll do:

  • Monitoring and managing the Company’s day to day crew operation for the current published flying programme whilst on shift. To ensure that all rostered duties comply to both mandatory constraints and industrial agreements.
  • Provide the efficient co-ordination of all mandatory and company training requirements for Flight Deck and Cabin Crew.
  • Manage the daily administration of rosters including an initial handover, ensure all crew positioning flights, hotac, taxi and car hire are booked. To ensure crews are delayed and have the correct information to minimise delays remain within the legal, company restrictions.
  • Maximise the potential for on time departures.
  • Ensure the safe, legal, efficient, and effective operation of company aircraft.
  • To compile weekly and monthly legality reports to ensure the company operate within the legal guideline of both companies and in line with the EASA FTL Scheme.

Your experience:

We are looking for candidates who are either experienced or have an interest in working in an operational control or crewing environment. You’ll enjoy the excitement of the operation and want to work with our Operations Teams in responding to changes in our operating plan.

  • Knowledge of crew control and EASA FT
  • Computer literate and demonstrated use of Crew Scheduling software
  • Awareness of crew fatigue and Circadian Rhythm factors
  • Knowledge of flight & cabin crew training requirements
  • Knowledge of AIMS Crew Management System
  • Knowledge of Fatigue Risk Management System
  • Proven experience in an airline Operations/Crewing
  • Experience in handling the complexities of the operational environment, including crew union agreements, EU-Ops & FTL schemes
  • Experience of making suggestions and implementing ways of improving efficiency and reducing costs
  • Previous experience in Crew Training recovery/Crew Expiries.
